1586潜水中心的名字取自“拾伍、八六”，是坐落于马尔代夫Rasdhoo拉斯杜居民岛的专业中文潜水中心。成立于2023年，致力于为全球华人潜水爱好者、旅行玩家提供本土化、高品质、全中文的专业潜水教学与海岛潜水体验服务，也是Rasdhoo拉斯杜岛上最早一批深耕运营的中文潜店。
